Buildings south of the parade ground largely demolished.
While the buildings north of the parade ground still standing

Roading in the foreground is for the Dorset Cove subdivision. Sports Field (center) and the buildings immediately above it is Seatoun School. The dirt patch between the school and harbour is the earthworks for the Point Dorset subdivision.
